Over 18 months investigation and 3 different (ex council) employed investigators - Myself and my family are recent victims of The local government ombudsman's office or the sftpoc-society for the protection of the councils.

The Coventry office is now a member of the British magic circle for their unsurpassed expertise at making maladministration disappear!

Our case against Tamworth Borough Council was solid and irrefutable, our evidence of maladministration was equal to stating that the earth is round and night follows day-but with smooth well practiced ease this office thru their (ex council) investigators didn't blink. They found no evidence of anything this incompetent council could be blamed for.

All of the ombudsmen have been in some way connected to councils as have the investigators. Me thinks LGOs only recruit from councils. All Lgo`s offices employ 3 main weapons to protect councils against complaints-these have all been used recently on me by the Coventry office.

1) Take dictation from the defending council and relay it as their findings
2) Ignore completely any damming evidence you can provide.
3) Ask the same vital questions over and over and ignore your answers if against the council

Number 4) Is to simply lose any evidence or correspondence that is anti council and proof of their maladministration!

Nothing new, these actions have been used by government and local councils for years!!!

The amount of blatant bias exhibited by all LGO`s in favour of councils when investigating complaints is corrupt and unacceptable!!!
