J Murray, letter to upate us (October 2009)
Further to the May 2009 update of my alarming story, I can report
that in in July 2009 I was again hauled in front of a court by the
discredited ACIS Group falsely accused as predicted of breach of
impossible 'undertaking'. I was again obliged to sign further
'undertakings' in the sure knowledge that it would not be long before
ACIS again would falsely accuse me and apply for my imprisonment.
True to form they have now sent me a solicitor's letter accusing
me of further breach - in this instance they allege that I have
'spoken to a member of their tenant's household (untrue)and secondly
'stared at the same tenant causing her nuisance and annoyance (untrue)
- this insanity has meant that I have been obliged to mortgage my home
to pay my legal defence costs (I am not eligible for legal aid
nor any 'benefit as my small pensions take me just out of the
parameters which qualify for 'benefits'. All this is my reward for a
lifetime's unblemished dedicated service to this country my only
'offence' being that I have insisted on my right to the quiet enjoyment
of my home.Frequent complaints to the LGO have resulted in further delay, evasion and obfuscation.
Additrionally, I have just been diagnosed with a serious condition which requires major surgery. This is nothinmg compared with the nighhtmare of dealing with the unholy trinity of ACIS Group, West Lindsey District Council, and Lincolnshire Police who are all equally corrupt.
