Dear Mrs Seex
Reference is made to the shocking , but not unexpected decision, of the Investigator and Assistant Ombudsman letter dated 15th December 2008 supporting West Lindsey District Council (WLDC). At least 8 telephone calls have failed to reach the Assistant Ombudsman whose letter dated 15 December is deeply offensive. Given that the inevitable whitewash of would fall into the category of the many cases where your bias has meant whitewash for councils, [ 2% in favour of complainants 98% in favour of councils]. The Assistant Ombudsman has added insult to in jury by stating that 'I accepted at least some responsibility in a court of law for unacceptable behaviour'. This is untrue. The fact is that the morally corrupt ACIS Group (Registered Social Landlord) put me in court on a sheaf of false witness statements (6th August 200) seeking an Anti Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) (Injunction ) against me, an innocent 75 yr old ex service pensioner.
This was defended at a cost of several thousand pounds and in order to avoid the ASBO I was obliged under obvious duress to give 'undertakings to the court not to do certain things which I have never done, or would ever do. The fact that I was obliged to agree to refrain from acts in the future (which I would not do anyway), is no admission that I have acted thus in the past. I have never committed an Act of Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) and certainly made no admission to any court or person that I had. The Assistant Ombudsman's suggestion is an obscene distortion of the truth. The Assistant Ombudsman's remark is deeply offensive and I would suggest an apology would be appropriate.
It was obvious that when the corrupt ACIS Group (you of course will claim have no jurisdiction over them !) obtained their 'undertaking', it would not be long before they falsified 'evidence' that I had was in breach. Sure enough, I received a solicitor's letter recently from ACIS (agents of WLDC) falsely accusing me of five breaches including one with the ludicrous accusation that I had 'attacked a dog', and threatening me with imprisonment. I am already a prisoner of conscience in my own home and only emerge when in a car or when accompanied by a witness. I fully expect a gleeful constable of Lincolnshire Police (the third part of the 'Unholy Trinity 'ACIS/WLDC/ Lincolnshire Police These are evil people you are whitewashing . Shame on you.
The full story has been published world wide, but sooner or later a firestorm of publicity will come down on the people you support and exonerate with your irrational bias. The truth will out.
The Chief Executive of WLDC, asked me yesterday why I was being persecuted by these unworthy incompetents. Answer: Because I have had the insolence and temerity to insist on my right to the quiet enjoyment of my home....a right for which my father fought two wars and for which I did five years military service. Asserting that right has cost me dear (financially) and I have been left a cripple and an invalid. What has happened to me defies all logic and is scarcely believable - Franz Kafka could not have imagined this nightmare. One thing is certain : my story causes disbelief and then total revulsion among right -thinking people.
It is my intention (as is my right ) to publish and broadcast this letter.

PS: I realise, having studied your deplorable record of bias and unreasonable decisions in favour of councils catalogued on a number of websites , that appealing to you is an utter waste of time, but I feel I have to 'go through the hoops.
