Introduction
This website disseminates information and evidence about systemic maladministration and bias of Public Services and Local Government Ombudsmen. It's run by a very small number of Ombudsman Watchers on a completely voluntary basis, in the public interest, with no external funding, and the amount of time we have available to maintain the website is very limited. Although we are associated with several hundred Ombudsman Watchers and supporters nationwide.
Making contact with people who can help.
To make contact with others who have had experience of the biased
LGO, or who are campaigning to abolish this institution, please join a
public forum and post your messages there. Please note, we are not connected with any public forums.
May we respectfully request that you do not email us with campaign ideas: these really need to be shared with the wider anti-Ombudsman community. Putting them on a forum will be an ideal way to do this. If you do not wish to reveal your identity on a forum, which is public, then you do not need to do, though it seems to us to be good form to sign postings with a genuine first name. On a forum you can share your experiences of injustice with those who may have suffered similar injustice and possibly make contact with people who are able to offer some advice and support regarding your problems. You can also respond to other people's messages, and make suggestions with regard to how the campaign to abolish or improve Ombudsmen might be progressed.
Public Forums are entirely independent from LGO Watch and Public Service Ombudsman Watchers and it cannot automatically be assumed that opinions expressed and statements made there have the endorsement of LGOWatch or Public Service Ombudsman Watchers. Please bear in mind that the public forums will have been infiltrated by Ombudsman staff, or people feeding information back to them, so do not publish anything on it you would not want to get back to the Ombudsmen.
There needs to be a mass campaign if Public Service and Local Government Ombudsmen are to be reformed or abolished. We are not responsible for organising such a campaign.

It is important to note we are not Ombudsmen - how people can make that mistake is beyond us, but very occasionally they do. If you are intending to complain to a Public Service or Local Government Ombudsman, click here. If you are currently in dispute with a Public Authority or an Ombudsman, we hope that your complaint results in a just and fair outcome.
We would be willing to publish an account of your experience with any Public Services or Local Government Ombudsman.
It is not possible for us to telephone or meet with enquirers, or to enter into e-mail correspondence with them. The best we can do is to expose Public Service and Local Government Ombudsmen, and continue to maintain this website.

We are simply a small group of Ombudsman Watchers who are so appalled about Public Service and Local Government Ombudsmen we set up this website to expose the lies, spin-doctoring and injustice.
Please remember that, just because we have set up a website, does not mean that we are responsible; for solving the problems caused by Public Services and Local Government Ombudsmen. We did not create the problem of biased Public Service and Local Government Ombudsmen, and we are not responsible for fixing it.
