OMBUDSMAN WATCHERS RESOURCE CENTRE

My Email to the LGO, 14th May 2008

Reference: Your 06/B/02324/NJ/tg dated 13 May 2008

Dear Mr Jones.

Your letter at reference is wrong and as usual incompetent.

Ms Jones letter referred to my FOI request dated 13 March 2008 (Annex B). In her reply she said 'The matters will be addressed when Mr White writes to you again.' These matters were not addressed when Mr White wrote to me again hence my further FOI request addressed directly to Mr White. This has not been referred to by Ms Jones you or anybody else.

My first FOI request cannot be dismissed by your organisation without first giving me reasons why you have dismissed it. This is the Law. I therefore ask you to reconsider your incompetent reply in the light of the fact that the 'Matters were not addressed in Mr White's reply' to me. I therefore ask for a review of your incompetent decision i. e, by Mr White.

I also bring your attention to my FOI request made directly to Mr White dated 25 April 2008 of which I have had no reply whatsoever. You are almost out of time for replying to this FOI request.

Please in the Local Government Ombudsman's reply, if you refuse my FOI requests explain: - Why you have refused, and for what specific reason for each request, including any that you feel you have immunity from answering, and why.

This is the Law. Additionally, I repeat, a judgement I have obtained against your organisation from the ICO - decision Notice FS50086627 which you have ignored. Do not ignore it again in the LGO's reply to this email ,or as already stated you will be in breach of the Law, as you already are in your reply at reference.

Yours sincerely,

K. Edmunds
