I am in receipt of your letter at Reference G.
I now request a review of your decision not to provide me with the Information requested in my two Freedom of Information (FOI) requests at References: A and F above.
My reasons for this request for review are as follows:
1. I have 'alleged perjury' in my complaint. You have no immunity under the FOI Act. (Section 32(2) of the Local Government Act 1974).
2. You are in breach of the FOI Act by not responding to my FOI request (Reference A), within twenty working days.
3.You have failed to provide details in your refusal (Reference G) of your internal review procedure. (FOI Act 17(7)(a)).
4. You have failed to provide details of why any exemption, you think you might have under section 44 of the 1974 Local Government Act might apply to your refusal (FOI Act 17(1)(c)).
Additionally, in reasons 3 and 4 above, you are further in breach of a Freedom of Information Commissioner Decision Notice, which I obtained against you: Case Reference number FS50086627 dated 30 August 2007
Please acknowledge receipt of this email detailing when I can expect a reply in accordance with the requirements of the FOI Act.
Yours sincerely,
K. Edmunds
