Complaint against Portsmouth City Council
Thank you for your letter of 13 March 2008. Consideration is being given to your further comments concerning your complaint and Mr White's provisional view. He will be writing to you shortly.
We are not treating Annex B of your letter of 13 March 2008 as a Freedom of Information request. This document seems to be a further commentary on your dissatisfaction with the provisional view on your complaint and the matters that will be addressed when Mr White writes to you again. But I can advise that Draft Key Facts are always prepared in the form used for the draft report on your complaint, regardless of the outcome. The comments on the possibility of a Local Settlement and about press releases are part of our standard letter to the Council when Drafts are sent out.
