separately to confirm the action being taken on the request. I am aiming to complete my review of the Council’s response shortly. Meanwhile, I am arranging for a copy of the Council’s response to my enquiries and its enclosures to be sent to you. Some of the enclosures have been marked as confidential by the Council and I am not presently in a position to forward these items to you.
