Another example of corporatism from Hancock - everything has to be done by Government. If you want Portsmouth to be a successful tourist destination then perhaps the City Council should certainly be doing more. Perhaps if the Chief Executive, David Williams, were in his office more - this afternoon, at 04.03pm, he was seen parking his black 05 registered Mercedes saloon in Lombard Street and dashing round the corner carrying his Masonic bag with masonic paraphernalia into the nearby Masonic Lodge on the High Street. Less Freemasonry Chief Executive PCC, during working hours, and more attention to your duties - this is what you are paid more than the Prime Minister for. Perhaps Hancock will have a word with him; oh no I forgot, he used to be a Freemason as well and probably still is, although he has never declared it.
