Upton-Brown, Claire XXXXXX wrote: Dear Mr Edmunds I have been asked by the Chief Executive to respond to your e mail concerning the building works that are currently being carried out at 2 West Street. The works relate to the construction of a small rear extension that is of a size that does not require planning permission. The works do however require Building Regulations and an application has been submitted, the works have been inspected by Building Regulations and to date are satisfactory.
