Ombudsman's damage limitation survey, (27 September 2006)
Parliamentary Ombudsman
Dear Ombudsman
Re: your invite to a Customer SATISFACTION Survey ruse? ( we were victims of your corrupt procedures, is this further contempt?)
We find, this self-induced PR stunt, concerning your damage limitations
exercise, putting yourself up as some sort of transparent up-front democrat to
be quite dishonest. You are obviously using 'dirty tricks' in an attempt to
fool the public. THE LAST TIME WE WROTE TO YOU WE MENTIONED YOUR 'PORKIES' IT
OBVIOUSLY HAS HAD LITTLE EFFECT! This self aggrandisement survey will be seen
as just another wonderful Ombudsman 'wheeze' designed to ease the bad
publicity that your office so richly deserves.
We are still remembering, and working on, your corrupt handling of our case
where you intervened with 'porkies' in an attempt to protect the corrupt civil
servant Mrs K. We as Ombudsman victims are puzzled by your motives in inviting
us to this Westminster deceit? You know full well that your corrupt handling
of our case, makes us the most unlikely of candidates wanting to take part in
any dodgy Ombudsman set-up? We have a feeling you are being disingenuous here
We have pointed out to you before, it is said that some 87% of people distrust
civil servants, we claimed that in our opinion 95% distrust Ombudsman. Your
deceitful contrived face saving exercise, using a spurious survey, proves your
contempt and arrogance for victims of Ombudsman complaints procedures. This
stunt, is put together with all the subtlety of a "couldn't care less" public
administrator with the audacious assurance of a seasoned manipulator!
We are not against discussing the Ombudsman's dishonourable acts. We are
regularly in touch with Universities, organisations and individuals, people
who have a more honourable interest/approach in curbing parliamentary
corruption, especially from Ombudsman.
It is an imposition that we be asked, that if we do not want to take part
in this 'sharp practise' Customer Satisfaction Survey, we should fill in a
form??
Your strident survey form instructs; " To opt out of the survey please
complete this section" Its as though we have been 'pressed ganged' or
nominated as willing guinea pigs for a suspicious Ombudsman linked survey,
that your victims would not touch with a barge pole. We are terrified of more
corrupt acts taking place? Are we being hoodwinked all over again? What any
parliamentary democrat would want to know is; if we have been given the option
of 'opting out', who the devil 'opted us in' in the first place? Why do we
have to sign/fill in a form to escape from what we see as a 'dodgy Ombudsman's
survey? How much taxpayers money is being used to fund this obscene cosmetic
public sector fraud We are refusing to sign any Ombudsman orientated survey
forms. You obviously would not have expected us to sign this imposition, we
hope however, it will not be used against us in your political attempt to show
your fraudulent office in some sort of good light Its all a bit George Orwell,
the man who could spot a corrupt administrator from a mile off.
We are informed that this imposition put upon us to sign in order to escape
your 'dodgy public sector survey' may well be some sort of deceitful
manoeuvre!
Replying to your dubious Customer Satisfaction letter gives us the opportunity
to ask you for the third time, will you please look into the question of our
'civil liberties and our human rights?'
We are still working hard on your corrupt public sector complaint procedures,
we believe the public will be shocked by our disclosures.
AW & I Tanner
PS: please don't forget our human rights?
We will send copies of your laughable attempted face-saving Customer Satisfaction Survey Form (as sent to victims of Ombudsman corruption) to MPs and all interested in public sector corruption. [Back to the top]
