Letter to Mr Davies, Prime Minister's Office, 15th June 2009

Dear Mr Davies

We are somewhat disappointed re your disposal of our Prime Ministers letter dated 6 June 2009, re the 65th anniversary of the D-Day landings etc. and learn yet again how the PMs office has foisted our criticisms on to another severely incompetent government dept, the MOD. The nation knows the MOD is severely incompetent and lacks sound judgement when providing our men with adequate equipment! Your sending our letter to the seriously dysfunctional MOD, shows that once again we are being given the Westminster - Owellian ‘hanging out to dry’ censorship.

We remind you how over-protective civil servants, evading political transparency, passed around criticisms of their political boss amongst themselves (58 staff), this delaying exercise took 2 weeks, this was done to save their boss from embarrassment, no one gave a damn about the contents of the embarrassing message! Its incredible how civil servants have been allowed to control criticisms from the public. This you will appreciate is subversion of open government.

We think the Prime Minister should have been made aware of our criticisms, we claimed that troops who had died for freedom and democracy would not have willingly died for our present day corrupt sleazy expense laden parliament. No soldier would have willingly died for party hack politics that rule us today, where incompetent MPs are given plumb ministerial jobs!

Betrayed soldiers and the demise of the Mother of Parliament is a political truth that the Prime Minister should consider; it should not be kicked into the dysfunctional MODs long grass, where monitoring ministers or civil servants can meddle/dismiss inconvenient criticisms. Our criticisms are being bypassed and subverted yet again.

Because of continued systematic totalitarian governmental evasion, and ‘passing of the buck’, we have now become embroiled with evasive time-wasting musical chairs played out by the MoJ, Cabinet Office, MOD and the Revenue etc.

Our protests re corrupt acts against us are pushed from one department to another – this is pure intended corruption against the complaining electorate. For instance a previous letter to No 10 was sent to the Cabinet Office via the MOJ?

Then the Cabinet Office’s Probity & Ethics team were given our case and with pure CO contempt simply showed their lack of probity and became unethical in its directives; the Ethics team proved themselves to be just another arm of government deceit. The Cabinet Office does not work in a transparent way – it is claimed to be redundant and lacks integrity in public life, its abolishment has been called for - it has been suggested that neurosis and incontinence govern the Cabimet Office.

We have been asking the MOJ for open courts so that the electorate might circumnavigate the corrupt government complaint procedure. The MOJ sent many of our letters to the Treasury for its attention; they never answered. No open government We have, over 6 years complained about the corrupt public sector, and came to the conclusion that we were calling for ‘probity amidst wholesale governmental deceit’.

For instance in our continuing appeals to the MOJ re corrupt acts against us, we found that at least 3 MOJ ministers had their fingers burnt in the parliamentary expenses fraud. That the very same fraudulence occurs within the MOD and the Revenue. One can see how we were calling for probity amidst wholesale parliamentary deceit. No parliamentarian hiding within this squalid cesspool of deceit would be interested in investigating our struggle against crooked civil servants for obvious reasons; many would be immorally involved in corrupt acts against the public purse.

A crooked parliamentary round robin indeed. No wonder we were continuously hung out to dry?

We were calling on immoral parliamentary fraudsters and expense cheats to clean up the public sectors corrupt acts against us; no wonder no one wanted to clean out the profitable Augean stables!

It seems that virtually every part of the parliamentary system was geared up to lie and cheat its way out of disclosure. The nation is now aware that parliament cannot be trusted! Too many MPs being morally bankrupt!

Even the Parliamentary Ombudsman was prepared to lie in order to cover up for the Revenue/VOA. Again we stress how we found ourselves calling for ‘probity amidst wholesale deceit’; we discovered the ‘old pals act’ more powerful than the ‘rule of law’, how public sector cheats closed ranks in defence of the crooked status quo!

There are further political events that would have disturbed dead soldiers, it’s the ever more debasing of parliament with even more political deceit! It would appear that some expense cheating MPs, some guilty of fraud and tax evasion, are putting themselves up for the exhalted Speakers position in the House of Commons? How come MPs with ‘form’ are allowed to stand for the Speakers chair? Chicanery?

It is known that political duplicity and deception are regarded as legitimate tools within Westminster, but surely the wholesale corruption of the Mother of Parliament must stop? It was said of a political scoundrel some time ago, that the more he talked of his honesty, the more we checked the till. This leads us to ask; just how many Cabinet Ministers are being allowed to evade expense disclosure?

Mr M Davies, it must be obvious to you that many of these issues cannot be dealt with by moving them on to the dysfunctional MOD, can they? We suggest our criticisms be made known! It would appear that in the cosy comfort of Westminster and Whitehall’s fraudulent corridors, that many party hacks unfit for office, too often succeed with a little help from their political masters? Our continuous call for accountability has failed!

We again call for probity amongst wholesale political deceit!

Yours sincerely

Mr & Mrs Tanner cc MoJ, CO PAC Media Univ. and all interested in political fraud
