Letter to Jack Straw, 29th August 2007
Re: information European Union Courts
Dear Mr Straw
On the 14th August we wrote to your Justice Department asking for
information in regard to the address of the appropriate European
Union Court
that would be concerned with our case relating to corrupt acts
against us by the Valuation Office Agency and the fraudulent
public sector complaints procedures in general.
We learned that your Ministry of Justice machinery sent our query
re these corrupt VOA acts to the HM-Treasury department. However
could that have happened?
We have suggested to your Ministry of Justice staff that the
Treasury was not the correct department to deal with our question
regarding information concerning EU Courts.
Just to encourage your Justice department that we do have a valid
case against the VOA, we enclose a list of some of the VOA corrupt
acts against us. There are more!
We also enclose a copied letter (27 Aug 07) to the Defence
Secretary, Rt. Hon. Mr Des Brown. In short it states our claim;
that honest old front-line soldiers/war pensioners who have put
their lives on the line for a supposed democracy, should be
protected in their old infirm years from corrupt actions by civil
servants.
Once more we ask for info re European Union Courts that would be interested in
our case against UK governmental corruption.
Yours sincerely
AW & I Tanner
