Letter to Ministry of Justice, 14th August 2007
Can you advise what is the proper European Union Court for our case without restricting us to the public sector musical-chairs routine?
Dear Ministry of Justice
Referring to your letter 30 July 07, informing us that you had
transferred our letter 19 July 07 to HM-Treasury.
We had indicated to the Minister for Justice in the above
mentioned letter (19 July 07), that we wanted to submit our case
to the EU Courts; we further asked the Ministry of Justice if it
would furnish us with the proper EU address to which we might send
our case. We feel your transferring our letter to the poor
blighted HM-Treasury for action and indicating it being the proper
office to deal with our queries re EU Courts is incorrect?
HM-Treasury is all about tax and unravelling millions of tax
errors!
The 'forwarding on' of our queries to wrong departments seems to
be a bit of a 'musical chair' wheeze within Selbourne House and
Whitehall, it all ties up with the public sectors misuse of power
when contemptuously dealing with citizens complaining about
corrupt acts within the public sector. It's a sort of “hanging out
to dry routine”.
We realise that because we are complaining about public sector
corruption, we are yet again being saddled with Whitehall inspired
public sector musical chairs!
For instance; a Whitehall 'musical chair' farce occurred when our
letter (11 Nov 06) sent to Lord Falconer concerning the FOI, was
sent by Selbourne House staff to the Inland Revenue, they in turn
sent it on to the corrupt Valuation Office Agency. The VOA then
injudiciously and with continued belligerence against us, promptly
bulldozed our Lord Falconer FOI query into oblivion!
This was corrupt public sector intervention by the VOA. Such VOA
fraudulence we have endured for over 4 years. Even more chicanery.
More musical chairs.
WE ASK. WHY ARE SELBOURNE HOUSE STAFF TAKING PART IN THIS
PUBLIC SECTOR COVER UP ROUTINE?
When the Rt. Hon. Gordon Brown was Chancellor we often wrote him
concerning our problems with the VOA – all of our letters went
unanswered. Because of this we feel the Ministry of Justice
transferring our letters to the HM-Treasury seems to be an invalid
gesture – even Selbourne House's numerous referrals to HM-Treasury
have gone unanswered. Because of this quagmire we feel its
necessary to ask the Ministry of Justice yet again if they might indicate the
correct European Union Court for our case.
